medinstruct have had numerous enquiries into outdoor
activities and first aid over the last few months and have been developing courses that can meet the needs
of all those who are involved in the outdoor environment.

Whether this is the casual rambler or professional coach, the 8hr and 16hr courses contain all the necessary
information and training that you will need. Our inaugural course was delivered to several members of the
Penzance Canoe Club coaching team.

On the 22nd August 2009, Joe Stinton and a group of friends will be riding from John o' Groats to
Lands End in support of Cornwall Blind Association and Precious Lives.

With more than a little help from Chris Chapman at
Cornish First Aid Supplies,
medinstruct were pleased to provide Dan Pryor,
Chris Clark and Andrew Guest with a bespoke training course to prepare them for their overland
adventure to Mongolia.

Team "You Khan Not Be Serious" is currently travelling to Ulaanbaatar, the Capital of Mongolia
using a somewhat indirect route.

| The team will be raising money for Shelterbox, The Mercy Corps and The Christina Noble Children's Foundation. You can follow their progress and donate here. |
